          Why Pet Murder Should Be  Outlawed

 Oh no, another pet died because it wasn’t adopted! Doesn’t that make you sad? My name is Kai Jordan and my goal today is to persuade you to make pet murder outlawed. I’m going to give four reasons why this killing spree should end.

 My first reason is that it will encourage people to fix their cats or dogs. Doing this will bring down the number of unwanted pets which will in turn bring down the number of pets being killed.

 My second reason is that it’s harsh. Some people don’t care about pets dying and that is just mean.

 Thirdly, is to save pet breeds from extinction. If we don’t end this killing frenzy, the pet breeds will all die.

 My last reason is to encourage people to adopt pets from shelters or the pounds. Outlawing murder and adopting pets will save millions of dogs and cats.

 Let’s summarize… we should all encourage people to fix their pets so they stop having babies that may be unwanted, always remember how harsh and mean it is to have these animals killed! Don’t forget we want to save our favorite breeds from extinction. If you care about pets, then you will adopt next time you decide to add an animal to your family.  Let’s end this threat once and for all.
